Lebbe family. Summer 1913. Father Lebbe a trip to Europe to garner support for the works of Tientsin: notably to prepare the foundation of higher education and a daily newspaper. He had brought with him Chengo Ying (Ignatius?, Vincent?), Son of Mr Lien Ying-chih of Tientsin (founder of the newspaper Ta-kong-pao with Vincent Lebbe and initiator of the Fu-Jen Catholic University). Chengo Ying came to study in Europe became Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Western Jen-Fu in Beijing, and Vice-President of reconstituted University in Taipei.   For the occasion, the family of Father Lebbe was reunited at the Couvent des Oiseaux at Westgate (England) which had entered Lizzy became Sister Mary Benedict. On his shoulder, the badge of Section Tou Dao Tuan, see \"policy\" of the army which he is responsible within the 12th Division (3rd Army), commanded by General Tang Huai Yuan.
